Role Overview

ASPIRE School of Business is seeking a full-time, on-site Admissions & Outreach Manager to lead the recruitment and enrollment efforts for our Post Graduate management and executive programs.


This role requires a dynamic professional with strong connections across Mumbai’s higher education ecosystem, including test prep centers, coaching institutions, colleges, and education or career counselors. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a relationship builder, capable of driving admissions growth while strengthening ASPIRE’s brand presence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute outreach, partnership, and institutional engagement strategies to achieve admissions goals.
  • Manage the entire admissions lifecycle — from inquiry generation and candidate counseling to final enrollment.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with education partners, test prep institutions, and student advisors.
  • Represent ASPIRE at career fairs, education events, and industry seminars to enhance visibility and attract top-quality candidates.
  • Drive business growth and revenue through strategic enrollment initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless applicant experience.


Qualifications & Experience


  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Admissions and Outreach within the higher education or management education sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving enrollment and revenue targets for MBA or Post Graduate programs.
  • Established network of contacts within the Mumbai education and counseling ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent networking ability and business acumen with a results-driven approach.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and evolving market dynamics.

  • Prior experience in admissions with business and revenue responsibility is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be available to join within 30 days of offer acceptance.
