We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team at Vora Classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to parents, guiding them through the admission process, and promoting the benefits of our educational programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proactive approach to student enrolment and parent engagement. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls & Follow-ups: Initiate and manage calls to prospective parents, effectively explaining our institute's offerings and convincing them to enroll their child. Student Admissions: Track and manage all admissions and refund processes accurately. Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and organized records of student admissions, inquiries, and follow-ups. Campus Tours: Arrange and conduct campus tours for interested parents and students, showcasing the institute’s facilities and programs. Parent Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure their satisfaction and continued support. Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from parents to help improve our services and admissions process. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for record-keeping.
