As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate and driven Admissions Counsellor who will play a key role in guiding students toward fulfilling their aviation dreams.

Role Overview

As an Admissions Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

•  Counsel prospective students and parents about MH Cockpit’s aviation programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
•  Manage student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
•  Conduct engaging counselling sessions and ensure a high conversion rate from lead to admission.
•  Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to organise seminars, webinars, campus tours, and admission drives.
•  Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM or Excel for tracking and reporting.
•  Meet and exceed monthly admission and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Aviation, or Business preferred).
•  1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales.
•  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
•  Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil is an added advantage).
•  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
