Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls & Follow-ups: Initiate and manage calls to prospective parents, effectively explaining our institute's offerings and convincing them to enroll their child. Student Admissions: Track and manage all admissions and refund processes accurately. Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and organized records of student admissions, inquiries, and follow-ups. Campus Tours: Arrange and conduct campus tours for interested parents and students, showcasing the institute’s facilities and programs. Parent Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure their satisfaction and continued support. Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from parents to help improve our services and admissions process. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for record-keeping.
