Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Mumbai. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for meeting potential students and their families, providing information about the school’s programs, guiding them through the admissions process, and maintaining accurate records. Other duties include responding to inquiries, conducting tours, collaborating with the marketing team on outreach initiatives, and supporting open house events.

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Education
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in admissions or counseling is a plus
