Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, providing information about courses, and assisting with enrollment procedures. Daily tasks include engaging with students, understanding their needs, conducting informational sessions, and maintaining records of communication with potential students. The role aims to support students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience as an Admissions Counselor or similar role is a plus
