Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with information about courses and career outcomes, and assisting with enrollment procedures. Daily tasks include conducting informational sessions, responding to inquiries, offering personalized counseling, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing and academic teams to support overall recruitment objectives.

Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Customer Service experience
Sales skills
Background in Education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
Experience in an admissions or student counseling role is a plus
