Job Role & Responsibilities:As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents looking for guidance on college admissions. You will play a key role in understanding their academic goals and helping them choose the right college or course. You will also coordinate with colleges/universities and work towards achieving admission and sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Student Counseling: Guide students and parents on course options, career paths, and admission processes across various private colleges and universities. Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries, handle walk-ins, and convert leads into successful admissions. Telecalling: Make outbound calls to prospective students from the lead database or from marketing campaigns. Sales Target: Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets through effective counseling and follow-ups. College Coordination: Liaise with college admission departments for seat availability, documentation, admission status, and other formalities. Documentation: Assist students in filling out admission forms and maintaining accurate records. Market Research: Stay updated about college offerings, new programs, admission deadlines, and entrance requirements. Follow-up: Maintain strong post-counseling communication with students until admission confirmation. CRM Management: Update student records and admission progress in the CRM software regularly. Desired Candidate Profile:Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English). Sales-driven mindset with a passion for education counseling. Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Familiarity with admission cycles and procedures of Indian universities is a plus. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.) Bachelor's degree or above in any stream.
