Admissions Counselor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Admission Counselor, located in Jamnagar. The School Admission Counselor will be responsible for assisting with the admissions process, communicating with prospective students and their families, providing accurate information about the school’s academic and extracurricular programs, guiding families through the application procedures, and maintaining records and reports of inquiries and admissions. The counselor will also participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the school.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of administrative processes and ability to handle admissions-related documentation
• Skills in customer service, problem-solving, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in computer applications, record management systems, and general administrative tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
• Prior experience in school admissions or an education-related field is preferred
• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Education, Administration) is an advantage
