About Us:

Iconic Developments is a leading real estate developer dedicated to creating exceptional properties and communities. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced digital Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our lead generation efforts, optimizing our CRM system, and ensuring our sales processes are efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, expertise in CRM lead management, and a keen eye for sales process improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation:

    Develop and manage strategies to capture and nurture leads, including creating compelling landing pages, using lead magnets, and implementing retargeting campaigns.
  • Content Creation:

    Produce high-quality, engaging content that promotes our properties and services. This includes writing blog posts, crafting social media captions, creating property descriptions, and overseeing the production of visual content like photos and virtual tours.
  • SEO & SEM:

    Manage and optimize our online presence to improve search engine rankings. This includes keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and managing paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
  • Social Media Management:

    Create and maintain a strong presence on relevant social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Develop content calendars, engage with our audience, and run targeted social media ad campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Use tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance. Provide regular reports on key metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI, and use this data to refine future strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with real estate agents, sales teams, and designers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and property-specific needs.
  • Market Research:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and digital marketing best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong preference for experience within the real estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO, SEM, and real estate listing portals

  • Experience in

    performance marketing & lead generation for high-value products

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in

    Excel/Google Sheets & analytics dashboards

  • Creative eye for design and content that resonates with property buyers.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
