Role Description This full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor is located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about our programs, and assisting students in completing applications. The role also involves converting leads into successful enrollments, maintaining accurate student records, and collaborating with the marketing and support teams to improve the admissions process. Qualifications Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Customer Service and Sales skills Experience in the Education sector Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
