The Role

ADMISSIONS: Convert Conversations into Commitments

Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings

Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls that convert into admissions

Resolve student and parent queries across all channels with confidence

Maintain communication from first contact through successful onboarding

Drive promotional activities and workshops to increase walk-ins

Work toward targets with a results-driven mindset

Generate periodic MIS reports and maintain admission guidelines

ACADEMICS: Keep the Student Journey Smooth

Manage academic calendars, batch schedules, and student records

Organize induction programs, events, and workshops

Track assignments, resources, examinations, and evaluations

Participate in education fairs and engage actively with students

Ensure curriculum materials reach teachers and students on time

OPERATIONS: Keep Everything Running

Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for seamless operations

Assist with fee collection and vendor/faculty payments

Maintain comprehensive records for students, faculty, and infrastructure

Skills & Experience:

Must-Haves: 

✓ Exceptional communication skills—articulate, persuasive, empathetic

 ✓ Magnetic personality—confident, energetic, professional

 ✓ Experience in UG/PG student counseling and tele-counseling

 ✓ Face-to-face counseling expertise

 ✓ Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously

 ✓ Target-driven with a positive, conversion-focused approach

 ✓ Proficiency in Google Sheets, Meet, Zoom, MS Office

Preferred: 

✓ Experience with Lead Management Systems (LMS)

 ✓ Proven track record of high conversion rates

 ✓A positive, can-do attitude that turns challenges into opportunities
