Admission Manager

An Admissions Manager oversees the student admission process for an educational institution, from recruitment to enrollment. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing admission strategies, managing applications, marketing the institution, and serving as the point of contact for prospective students and their families. The role requires managing data, organizing events, and collaborating with various departments to meet enrollment goals. Key responsibilities

• Strategy and outreach: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and recruit students, create marketing campaigns, and represent the institution at recruitment events and fairs.
• Application management: Oversee the entire application lifecycle, including reviewing applications, managing the enrollment process, and communicating admission decisions.
• Data and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all prospective students and manage the database of applications and communications.
• Student and family relations: Serve as a key point of contact for prospective students and their parents, answer inquiries, conduct campus tours, and manage communication.
• Event planning: Organize and manage admissions events, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus visits.
• Reporting: Analyze admission data and provide regular reports to senior management on enrollment trends and performance.

Qualifications and skills

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Education or Communications is often required.
• Experience in an admissions or related role, preferably within an educational institution.
• Proficiency with data management systems and CRM software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with marketing and recruitment strategies is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
