We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to take charge of our Jr. Admission Counselors, ensuring every student interaction translates into trust, value, and successful admissions.
In this role, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll inspire them, set new standards in client servicing, and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of both our students and our organization.
What You’ll Be Driving
1. Lead Conversion:
Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients through effective counseling, relationship building, and value-driven communication.
Guide prospects through the admissions and application lifecycle to drive successful closures.
2. Team Supervision and Performance Management:
Oversee and drive the performance of Jr Admission Counselors.
Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support for skill development and performance improvement.
3. Hiring, Training, and Development:
Participate in the hiring process for Junior Counselors.
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and client handling skills.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
4. Process Implementation and SOP Adherence:
Ensure all team operations and client engagements adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Promote consistency, quality, and compliance across all touchpoints.
5. Live Monitoring:
Actively monitor live calls and client interactions by Junior Counselors to maintain high service standards and identify improvement areas.
6. VISA Lodgement File Preparation:
Oversee accurate and timely preparation of documentation required for client VISA applications and lodgements.
Ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain quality assurance.
7. Client Meetings and Documentation:
Conduct both virtual and in-person meetings with clients to collect required documents and explain application procedures.
Maintain organized and accessible documentation for all client interactions.
8. Reporting to Senior Management:
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
9. Industry Engagement:
Represent the organization at education fairs, industry events, and networking meetings.
Stay updated on sector trends and contribute to brand visibility and awareness.
10. University Liaison and Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with partner universities and institutions.
Facilitate smooth admissions processes and explore opportunities for business growth.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in in sales, counseling, or education consulting (with at least 1–2 years leading teams).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record in target achievement and client satisfaction.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
