Do you love talking to people, understanding their dreams, and guiding them toward life-changing opportunities? We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Senior Admission Counselor to join our growing team. You’ll be the first friendly voice and guiding hand for aspiring students who want to study abroad. From sparking interest through outreach to helping them understand the admission process—you’ll play a key role in turning curiosity into confident steps toward a global future. This is more than just counseling—it’s about building trust, educating clients, and shaping journeys that matter. What You’ll Be Doing 1. Lead Generation via Cold Calling:
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels. Generate and qualify leads by engaging prospective students and gauging their interest in study abroad programs. 2. Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and Senior Counselors or other team members. Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations. 3. Client Education on Process:
Provide clear and concise information to clients about the study abroad process, including timelines, admission requirements, and expected results. 4. Cultural Awareness Building:
Educate clients on the cultural, academic, and social aspects of studying in various countries to help them make informed decisions. 5. Needs Assessment and Program Mapping:
Understand each client's academic history and career goals. Assist in recommending appropriate university programs in alignment with their aspirations and preferences. 6. Reporting and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outreach activities. Submit daily and weekly reports using designated formats for review by the Senior Sales Counsellor. 7. Document Collection and File Preparation:
Assist clients in gathering required academic and identification documents. Organize client files systematically for review and processing. 8. Cross-Selling of Services:
Promote value-added services such as IELTS/TOEFL training, application workshops, visa assistance, and travel coordination. Enhance client experience through a holistic approach to their study abroad journey. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or Communications). 0–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (freshers with the right energy are welcome too!). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you’re comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools. Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll be part of a mission that transforms lives—helping students take their first step toward a global education. Each conversation you have is an opportunity to inspire, guide, and empower. Plus, you’ll grow your own skills in counseling, sales, and client management, with plenty of room to shine.
