Job Title: Admission Counselor (+917707002525)

Location: Mount Litera Zee School, Muzaffarpur
Department: Admissions & Marketing
Reporting To: Relationship Manager

Job Summary: (Female Preferred)

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing the entire student admission process — from initial inquiry to final enrollment. The role involves guiding parents and students through admission procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring an excellent admission experience aligned with the school’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Provide accurate information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission criteria, and fee structure.
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.
  • Coordinate and schedule Entry Level Tests (ELT) and interviews for new admissions.
  • Maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using school ERP or CRM tools.
  • Support marketing and outreach activities such as school events, fairs, and parent engagement sessions.
  • Assist in preparing admission reports, analytics, and status updates for the Principal and management.
  • Ensure timely communication and documentation during each stage of the admission process.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrative staff, and the Relationship Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s professional image in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business Administration, or Marketing).
  • Experience: Fresher – 3 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or customer service (education sector preferred).
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Pleasant personality with a student- and parent-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
