Job Description

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling walk-in, phone, and email enquiries from parents and prospective students - Providing detailed information on school programs, curriculum, fee structure, and admission process - Conducting school tours, presentations, and counselling sessions for parents/students - Assisting and guiding parents through the application and documentation process - Following up with enquiries to increase conversion rates - Maintaining admission records and updating the MIS/CRM - Coordinating with accounts and academic departments for smooth onboarding of new students - Supporting marketing/outreach activities such as open houses or admission events To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduate in any discipline (education/management preferred) - Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor/in a similar role (school/education sector preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) - Pleasant personality, persuasive communication, and customer-service orientation - Proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems Please note that this position is full-time and permanent. The job location is in Pune, Maharashtra. Additionally, the benefits include Provident Fund.,
