The Senior Coordinator (School Programs) will be responsible for planning, Key Responsibilities: • Program Implementation: • Coordinate and oversee education programs in partner schools. • Ensure alignment of initiatives with vision and state/national education policies. • School Coordination & Support: • Act as the primary liaison between schools, local authorities, and the Foundation. • Support schools in academic planning, co-curricular activities, and capacity building. • Monitoring & Evaluation: • Track progress of learning outcomes and maintain data-driven reports. • Conduct periodic visits to schools and ensure timely documentation of program activities. • Capacity Building: • Organize teacher training, workshops, and orientation programs. • Facilitate sharing of best practices among schools. • Community & Stakeholder Engagement: • Strengthen schoolcommunity relationships and increase parental involvement. • Coordinate with local education officials, NGOs, and partners for effective program delivery. • Reporting & Documentation: • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, presentations, and success stories for management. • Document challenges and recommend strategies for improvement. Willingness to travel extensively within project areas
