Role & responsibilities Recruitment 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment. 2. Source the CVs by searching with relevant and required keywords. 3. Posting job requirements on several websites i.e., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. 4. Screen the CVs, evaluate the skills and shortlist the potential candidates. 5. Schedule Virtual/In-person interviews with the Hiring Manager. 6. Follow up with the Hiring Manager for feedback of the candidate. 7. Scheduling Interview with HR Manager for Final Evaluation and Salary discussion. 8. Prepare the Offer and Contract letters. 9. Follow up with candidates through emails and calls till joining. Operations 1. Need to send Employee onboarding mail to Candidates before they join. 2. Should complete onboarding formalities on the day of joining. 3. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as policies, benefits and employment verifications to resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Induction process and PPT preparation as per the Organization's policies & procedures. 5. Should Maintain new joining and resignation tracker. 6. Maintain employee records and personal data. 7. Addition and deletion of statutory compliance-related (EPF, ESI & Insurance). 8. Able to handle statutory compliance-related issues. 9. Preparation of HR Letters (Salary revision, internal transfer, designation change, Promotion, Additional responsibilities, and Experience & Relieving letters, Visa Letters and salary Certificates). 10. Can handle entry and exit formalities. 11. Provide payroll inputs (Leave Management, Attendance adjustments and F&F). Preferred candidate profile 1. MBA in HR Specialization. 2.
