Role Overview

We are looking for young, dynamic Soft Skills Trainers who can connect well with undergraduate engineering students. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–5 years of experience who are passionate about student development and eager to grow along with their learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging sessions on soft skills, communication, teamwork, leadership, and professional effectiveness.
• Design and deliver interactive activities, workshops, and role-plays for students.
• Prepare training modules, reference material, and practice resources to reinforce learning.
• Support students in building confidence, emotional intelligence, and personal development plans.
• Use digital tools and learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
• Collect and analyse student performance data; prepare periodic progress reports.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and faculty to create innovative training methods.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.
• Continuously update training material to keep sessions relevant and impactful.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (post-graduation in English, Communication, Psychology, or Management is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to design training content, handouts, and student-friendly learning resources.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and basic data analysis tools.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in training/teaching soft skills.
