Job Description

Agile JIRA Administrator

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Administer JIRA & Confluence:
Configure projects, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, permissions
Provide JQL-based reporting, user support, plugin management
Support Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban):
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, PMs, Product Owners
Automate workflows, streamline processes
Develop & Maintain Power BI Solutions:
Build interactive dashboards and reports
Use SQL, DAX, Power Query to model data
Implement row-level security and publish insights to stakeholders

✅ Requirements

Experience:
5+ years in JIRA administration (Atlassian Cloud/Data Center)
Agile knowledge:
Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban frameworks
Power BI skills:
5+ years in dashboard/report development, SQL, DAX, Power Query
Technical tools:
Familiarity with Confluence, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, APIs
Soft skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

Atlassian certifications (e.g., JIRA Admin, Agile)
Experience with ScriptRunner, JMWE, Groovy scripting, REST APIs
Prior exposure to Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, cloud BI environments
