Ensuring all the AMC & Contracts are live and Maintenance of Office Premises including AMC, Repair of assets etc. Transport Management Regular monitoring bus movement and ensuring safety of students during arrival and dispersal. Make effective use of all resources available to the department, nurturing the strength and aspirations of existing key personnel. Handle emergencies & manage crisis. Vendor Management - Validation and evaluation of vendors. Negotiations, ensuring the services are rendered within the timeline and follow up on their payments. Supervise, advice and mentor the admin team Developing and maintaining school administrative activities. Work with the schools Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board in devising strategy.
