• Administer and maintain EMS/NMS and Helpdesk tools to ensure continuous infrastructure monitoring.
• Monitor network devices and links; escalate and track issues through resolution.
• Act as the Tool Specialist for NMS platforms – handle configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Collaborate with network and security teams for incident management and system performance optimization.
• Maintain system logs, documentation, and audit compliance records.

Mandatory Skills

✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in EMS/NMS administration

✔ Proficient in using NMS tools (e.g., Mota data, Zabbix).

✔ Well-versed with routing and switching devices and technologies

✔ Familiarity with ATM, Frame Relay, MPLS, Wireless, Broadband and Protocol analyzers (e.g., Wireshark)

✔Willingness to work in shifts or on-call, if required
