Responsibility :

● Administrative activities: Product group configuration, Project setup & configuration,

● BOM Administration & setup, REQ setup, configuration, & administration.

● Suppliers, Subcontractors, Orders/Suborders, Planning & Progress, Expediting setup and configuration, Fabrication tracking, Field Material control and subcontract management setup and configuration.

● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Smart Materials users.

● Develop and enforce best practices for Smart Materials usage and data management.

● Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize Smart Materials workflows.

● Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support.

● Technical project support: Providing technical project support and managing technical data and documentation

● Configuring roles and users: Configuring roles and users for Smart Materials projects

● Perform development activities as directed by Engineering.

● Interface with Hexagon for queries and tickets.

Required profile:

Level of education: Bachelor's degree in engineering

Technical skills :

● Minimum 5 years of coordinating experience with Hexagon Smart Materials software

● Insight in the preparation and revision of procedures with regards to document- and data management and technical documentation

Behavioural skills:

● Should have good communication & Interpersonal skills

● Should be customer oriented and should to work independently and accurately.
