Job Summary

HR/Admin Executive


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operational tasks
  • Oversee employee onboarding and maintain accurate documentation
  • Maintain and update attendance logs, leave records, and HRMS entries
  • Organize and support employee engagement programs and internal events
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure efficient support to the HR and operations team as needed


Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR or Admin roles preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
