Administrative Officer (with HR & Procurement Experience)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer with proven experience in administration, procurement, and human resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient procurement practices, and HR support in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:Administration:

• Oversee general office operations including facility management, supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems for administrative processes.
• Handle scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination.

Procurement:

• Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Track inventory levels and forecast supply needs to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Human Resources:

• Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding procedures, orientation programs, and employee record management.
• Coordinate payroll data collection, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
