Job Description

This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual with strong research skills, a keen understanding of e-commerce operations, and an interest in emerging technologies. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research across various domains, providing data-driven insights to inform critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Software Research: Identify and evaluate AI-powered software solutions that can assist in creating engaging video advertisements for social media and other online platforms.

Social Media Handling: Investigate best practices for social media management in the e-commerce space, including content creation, scheduling tools, audience engagement strategies, and platform-specific approaches (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).

Print-on-Demand (POD) Supplier Research: Identify and evaluate potential print-on-demand suppliers based on factors such as product quality, printing techniques, production speed, shipping options, pricing, integration capabilities with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and customization options.

Regular Offline Supplier Research: Research and identify reliable offline apparel manufacturers for potential bulk orders, considering factors like product quality, minimum order quantities, pricing structures, ethical sourcing practices, and lead times.

Marketing Research: Conduct market research to understand current trends in online

apparel, competitor strategies, target audience preferences, and effective marketing channels.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of research findings, supplier evaluations, and software assessments. Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research outcomes and providing actionable recommendations.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments and emerging trends in e-commerce, supply chain management, digital marketing, social media, and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT is must.
  • 1-3 years experience in research, ideally in e-commerce or tech.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data synthesis skills.
  • Excellent research proficiency. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), POD, and digital marketing (a plus).
  • Understanding of social media marketing. Interest in learning new technologies, especially AI tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for presenting findings. Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in similar role

Location: Toli Chowki, Hyderabad

Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM (Saturday to Thursday, Friday Off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
