Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Administrative Assistant. The role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling clerical tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining excellent communication with the team. The Administrative Assistant will assist in managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting executive-level tasks as required.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in clinical or healthcare settings is advantageous


  • Day to day oversight and monitoring of all Admin requirements
  • Manage Front office, housekeeping staff and Admin purchases
  • Troubleshooting and sorting out Admin issues in a timely, efficient and resourceful manner
  • Optimizing use and monitoring and maintaining office assets including computers laptops, printers, servers, networks and all equipment
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Maintain and update company database
  • Filing and organizing all important company documents
  • Organize all in-house and external events
  • Documenting all processes followed
