Administrative Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing general administrative support such as calendar management and coordination. Additionally, you will assist in facilitating communication between property stakeholders and coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections remotely. Your role will also involve managing digital filing of property-related documents, researching vendors or contractors, assisting with compliance and lease renewals, and ensuring adherence to local property regulations. You may be assigned other property management and administrative duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support including calendar management and coordination - Assist with communication between property stakeholders (tenants, vendors, brokers, legal, etc.) - Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections remotely - Manage digital filing of property-related documents - Research and coordinate vendors or contractors as required - Assist with compliance, lease renewals, and local property regulations - Perform other property management and admin duties as assigned Qualification Required: - Based in India with stable internet and phone connectivity - Previous admin or property management experience preferred - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) - Reliable, proactive, and able to multi-task - Ability to handle confidential information professionally - High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills,
