Our Bengaluru team is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to support our sales efforts and drive new business opportunities.


Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant for our Bengaluru office. This position is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will ensure smooth operations across various functions, from administrative duties to basic financial management.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare for meetings by setting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are executed promptly.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and management of office finances.
  • Oversee daily office operations, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for managing spreadsheets with formulas, and G-suite for collaboration and document management.
  • Juggle multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing duties while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with G-suite. Experience with bookkeeping software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Highly reliable, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost integrity.
