Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Worli, Mumbai. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day operations such as maintaining schedules, assisting with executive-level administrative functions, providing efficient communication support and document preparation. They will also be responsible for managing phone correspondence and ensuring smooth office workflow. The role requires attention to detail, efficient time management, and a creative mindset.


Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge and operational understanding of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in creative software tools such as Canva is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
