Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role located in Malad for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support, answering and managing incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, maintaining clerical records, assisting executives with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Administrative Assistant acts as an integral member of the team by offering organizational support and facilitating communication across various channels.


Job Timings: 11am to 8pm

Salary: 15k to 25k

Experience: 1+ years

6 days working 


Skills: Proven work experience in handling inbound calls, admin work and basic accounts 

Very well-spoken, fluent English, Good in computers & confident

Job Description:

Managing inbound calls of clinic

. Attend Patient Calls, conduct follow-ups & Book Appointments as per the calendar schedule.

· Respond via Email & calls to resolve patient queries, Appointment Requests, Test Report Results & any other concerns as raised by them

· Maintenance of basic accounts in cash sheets.

· Maintenance of Patient Database, Daily Call Updates & Respective Case Files of Patients

· Maintenance of Referral details for Patients referred by other Clinics

· Daily Updating of Staff Attendance & Processing Payments based on the same

. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Maintenance of Regular Supply of Office Stationery & Other Supplies

Other Sundry Tasks & Overall Supervision for Smooth Administration of Daily Office Activities.
