Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Ujjain, India. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key duties include scheduling, handling correspondence, answering phone calls, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office)
• A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
