Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Bhopal. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day clerical tasks, providing administrative support, managing communication tasks, and assisting executives with organizational duties. The role will require maintaining smooth operations within the office environment and ensuring coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing office operations
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle client calls and team interactions
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for providing direct support to management
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
• Prior experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
