Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, your role will involve supporting daily office operations by managing documentation, vendor coordination, maintaining office records, and assisting management in administrative and project-related activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination. - Maintaining physical and digital filing systems for invoices, documents, and records. - Drafting letters, quotations, purchase orders, and office correspondence. - Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors. - Assisting in preparing and submitting tender documents through portals such as GeM, CPPP, and State Portals. - Supporting HR and Accounts teams with documentation and data entry. - Ensuring a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and email handling. - Familiarity with tender submission portals is preferred but not mandatory. - Excellent documentation and coordination skills. - Good communication and multitasking abilities. - Strong attention to detail. Please note that this is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday. The job types available are full-time, permanent, and suitable for fresher candidates. The work location for this role is in person.,
