Role Description

This is an on-site part-time role for an Account Manager located in Ujjain. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing long-term relationships with clients. Tasks include communicating with clients, preparing reports, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.

• Experience in Communication and Reporting
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Knowledge of the Non-Ferrous Metal Industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on-site
