As an Administrative Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting office operations by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic office environment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy - Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries - Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records - Schedule appointments, manage calendar tasks, and coordinate administrative functions using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks - Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person to uphold service standards - Assist with bookkeeping tasks, basic office management duties, and personal assistant tasks as required - Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors, handle correspondence, prepare reports, and perform general clerical duties efficiently Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications - Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities - Experience with QuickBooks and data entry processes - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication - Familiarity with office management, front desk operations, and clerical support - Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and record maintenance - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities effectively Please note that this full-time position offers benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
