Administrative Assistant

one of prestigious client is on look out for an Administration support

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Provide office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals (excluding calendar management and other personal support tasks).
• Collaborate with team members within the business unit; interactions are primarily for specifying activities, planning, and providing explanations on technical issues.
• Manage standardized project processes with established guidelines, some flexibility in planning and execution.
• Handle targeted clients based on predefined contracts and frameworks, with limited latitude for deviations.

Required Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -

• Years of experience: Min 3 years
• Field of experience: In Admin Assistant Role
• Soft Skills: MS Office
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): N/A
• Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Any industry experience in MNC
• Target Companies: Any MNC
• Off-limits Companies: N/A
• Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including Driving License: N/A

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
