Job Description

Job title: Administrative Assistant

Reporting to: Purchase/Quality Manager

Hours: Full time 9:00 to 18:00 (Holidays are based on the company calendar)

Location: #C018 Bharati Vilas, 26B, Jawaharlal Nehru Salai, Ekkaduthangal, Guindy Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-India 600-032

Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
  • Assist in Purchase/Quality Manger and follow his/her instructions.
  • Capable of all documentation matter and daily office requirement.
  • Invoice making
  • Control sheet updating
  • Delivery and production schedule updating
  • Issued Invoice and received Invoice updating
  • Etc for daily office support
  • Follow up the production and dispatch schedule of suppliers as the following delivery plan.
  • Follow up the delivery plan and its q’ty of customers as the following delivery plan.
  • Systematically filing important company documents.
  • Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.
  • Take a call and inquiry from clients and suppliers and inform to managers and senior-level officers.

Job Skills

  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. ( Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel )
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency .
  • Working knowledge of business management. (Printing and packaging knowledge, may be preferred.)
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication skills. ( fluently English communication ability required )
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Production: Printing and Packaging knowledge may be preferred.
  • Working experience of Japanese company may be preferred.
