JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Administrative assistant

Duration & Timing: (3 to 6 months internship and 09.30 am – 07.00 pm)
Stipend : Will be discussed during time of Interview

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating basic office communications.
  • Maintain records, office supplies, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide support to senior staff in preparing reports, presentations, and other office-related tasks.
  • Help ensure smooth functioning of office operations by assisting in general coordination and follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related any fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
  • Must know local language (Kannada)
