Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Intern located in Gurugram. The intern will perform a variety of administrative and lisoning tasks to support daily operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining office organization, ensuring effective communication through phone and email, and providing executive support. The intern will work closely with operations manager to assist in organizing and streamlining administrative processes while ensuring effective coordination between departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and lisoning Skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience or knowledge in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
• Adaptability to work in a collaborative on-site environment in Gurugram
• Proficiency in tools such as Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
