Job Description:
We are looking for an efficient and organized Admin Executive to support the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role involves maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, assisting with scheduling, and providing support to various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ordered on time.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for the senior management team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office documentation and databases.
  • Provide support in creating reports, presentations, and other office-related tasks as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and preparing reports.
  • Manage communication and coordinate between internal departments and external clients/vendors.
  • Monitor office processes, ensuring efficiency and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and foster a positive working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous administrative experience or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
