Job Summary: Minsol Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Administrative Officer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mining or industrial project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative operations at the mine site, ensuring smooth coordination of manpower, statutory compliance records, documentation, logistics, and day-to-day office activities. Handle daily correspondence, reporting, and coordination with head office and project management. Maintain statutory compliance records related to mining operations — including contractor labour records, gate pass records, and permit registers. Supervise site documentation for vehicle movements, fuel records, equipment logs, and stock registers. Coordinate logistics arrangements for site materials, vehicle movement, and workforce mobilization. Manage site office infrastructure, stationery, and administrative supplies. Support HR-related activities like handling grievances, employee welfare records, and payroll data submission to the head office. Ensure timely submission of reports such as daily manpower reports, fuel consumption statements, and equipment deployment status. Assist in audit preparations and statutory inspections by maintaining organized records. Enforce site discipline, office security, and safety protocols within the administrative setup. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in mine administration, infrastructure, or industrial project sites. Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with a background in Administration/Management/Industrial Relations). Good knowledge of statutory compliance documentation, labour laws, and site administrative protocols. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and document management. Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and manage a site administrative team.
