Tipper Operator

Job Summary:

Minsol Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Tipper Operator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. The operator will be responsible for safely transporting materials such as overburden, soil, and aggregates within the site premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy-duty tipper trucks safely and efficiently on mining and project sites.
• Perform daily pre-start vehicle checks for brakes, hydraulic systems, tyres, lights, and other critical components.
• Load, transport, and dump materials like soil, stone, overburden, and debris at designated locations.
• Follow site traffic rules and signals from ground staff and supervisors during operations.
• Ensure safe and proper tipping at assigned dump yards and maintain correct vehicle positioning.
• Maintain operational records including trip logs, fuel usage, and maintenance reports.
• Adhere to company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and site operational guidelines.
• Report any mechanical, operational, or safety issues immediately to the site supervisor or maintenance team.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in operational condition at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience operating tippers in mining, construction, or related project environments.
• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
• Good understanding of on-site safety standards and vehicle operation protocols.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions for extended hours.
• Basic knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
