Job Summary: Minsol Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Tipper Operator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. The operator will be responsible for safely transporting materials such as overburden, soil, and aggregates within the site premises. Perform daily pre-start vehicle checks for brakes, hydraulic systems, tyres, lights, and other critical components. Load, transport, and dump materials like soil, stone, overburden, and debris at designated locations. Follow site traffic rules and signals from ground staff and supervisors during operations. Ensure safe and proper tipping at assigned dump yards and maintain correct vehicle positioning. Maintain operational records including trip logs, fuel usage, and maintenance reports. Adhere to company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and site operational guidelines. Report any mechanical, operational, or safety issues immediately to the site supervisor or maintenance team. Keep the vehicle clean and in operational condition at all times. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience operating tippers in mining, construction, or related project environments. Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License. Good understanding of on-site safety standards and vehicle operation protocols. Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions for extended hours. Basic knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
