Water Sprinkler Operator

Job Summary:

Minsol Limited is hiring a reliable and experienced Water Sprinkler Operator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. The role involves operating water sprinkler vehicles to manage dust suppression and maintain site roads as per operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate water sprinkler vehicles safely and efficiently across project areas for dust control and road surface maintenance.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks for brakes, hydraulic systems, water pumps, nozzles, lights, and fuel levels.
• Follow assigned sprinkling routes and schedules as instructed by site supervisors.
• Ensure even water distribution on haul roads, working areas, and dumping zones.
• Maintain operational records such as trip logs, fuel consumption, and daily usage reports.
• Report any breakdowns, malfunctions, or operational issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during work.
• Perform minor cleaning and routine upkeep of the vehicle as necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience operating water sprinklers in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
• Good knowledge of safe driving practices, dust suppression procedures, and on-site operational guidelines.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of vehicle maintenance preferred.
