Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin (Operations & Maintenance) professional to oversee day-to-day office operations, facility maintenance, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of workplace activities, vendor management, and operational support for the technical and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and logistics support.
  • Manage asset records, inventory, and equipment tracking.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, tools, and maintenance materials.
  • Support field/service teams with required documentation and dispatches.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, attendance records, and operational data.

Maintenance:

  • Supervise office premises, utilities, and infrastructure for upkeep and safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure timely servicing of company assets like RO demo units, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Maintain a schedule for preventive maintenance of all systems and facilities.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including negotiation and billing.
  • Assist in vehicle management, driver coordination, and field logistics.
  • Support HR and management in event planning, staff arrangements, and compliance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of records.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle field vendors and maintenance staff efficiently.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle emergencies calmly.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration, Management, or Engineering).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Administration / Facility / Operations management.
  • Experience in technical or manufacturing setup will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
