Job Description We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at a Leather Garments Factory. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, coordinating Exports and Imports, handling Export Import documentation and procedures, and ensuring office efficiency and organization. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role to coordinate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required for managing administrative tasks efficiently. Candidates with experience in office management and coordination will be preferred. Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, as well as working in the Leather Industry, is a plus. Experience in working with Import Export companies and familiarity with International Banking and Trading Incoterms will be advantageous. To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
