Manager Administration

Location: Gurugram | Experience: 8+ Years

Role & responsibilities

Candidates must have handled Japanese Expats

Oversee general administration, facilities, and office operations.

Manage travel desk bookings, logistics, vendor coordination.

Handle housekeeping, maintenance, cafeteria & asset management.

Prepare and monitor admin budgets and MIS reports.

Lead a small team (23 members) and ensure smooth operations.

Preference for candidates from 5-star hospitality background or from Japanese MNC.
