Role

Preference to diploma/degree holders in supply chain & logistics management.

Preferably experienced in BFSI sector.

Vendor Management

  • Empanelment of new vendors

  • AMC service calls

  • Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery & suppliers payment

  • Meetings with vendors

PO management

  • Generating PO

  • Generating PO GR

  • Maintain Open PO Tracker

Request Processing (R&M) Pan India

  • Request Inward

  • Identify the actual issue & take it forward for management approval

  • Preparation of approvals & Capex/PO

  • Negotiation with vendor for better rates

  • Collection of quotation as per request (comparative)

  • Finalization of BOQ with supplier by involving with stockholder

Asset Management

  • Asset scrap disposal

  • Preparation of approvals

  • Maintain tracker

  • Collection account credit received confirmation

  • Sending request to FAR asset TAG verification

Contract Management

  • Keep track on renewal of RC/AMC

  • Discussion with group level regarding AMC finalization (eg. AC)

  • Maintain tracker

Internal Branding activity for PAN India branches
