Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Oversight: Supervise and manage the administrative team, including administrative assistants and receptionists. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency.

• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure that office environments are maintained and organized, addressing any facility-related issues promptly.

• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage appointment scheduling and support the sales team in coordinating test drives and vehicle deliveries.

• Financial Administration: Assist with budget management and financial reporting, including processing invoices and expense reports. Ensure accurate record-keeping for financial transactions and administrative tasks.

• Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff. Manage employee records, timekeeping, and performance reviews in collaboration with the HR department.

• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all administrative activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain and organize important documents, records, and reports.

• Project Coordination: Support and coordinate various projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals. Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and other administrative functions.

• Leadership: Effective in managing and motivating the administrative team.

• Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.
